The Elmira Star-Gazette is reporting that a group of New York families has filed suit claiming that Anschutz Exploration Corp. contaminated their water wells through the company's drilling operations. "The lawsuit seeks $150 million for each of 10 claims in the suit and another $500 million in punitive damages."
