Earlier this week, the Ohio Supreme Court issued a decision affirming the PUCO's (i.e., Public Utilities Commission of Ohio's) approval of modified straight-fixed-variable (“SFV”) rate designs in both the Duke Energy Ohio, Inc., and East Ohio Gas Company proceedings.
